CANCELLATIONS DUE TO UNSUITABLE WEATHER / SEA CONDITIONS: We spend a considerable amount of administration time on Guided Sea Kayaking tours and need to ease the employment of qualified sea kayak guides when the weather is not suitable for guided trips. We operate in a dynamic weather environment and have made a significant investment in our kayaking business. If we cannot reschedule a trip and have to cancel a trip due to unsuitable weather or sea conditions we will retain $15.00 p.p. to help cover our adminstration and staff costs.
SURCHARGES:
We do not guarantee that trips will run below minimum numbers,
however, if we confirm a booking for 2 - 3 persons, we will operate
the trip and require a surcharge to be payable on the day the trip
operates. Surcharges are noted in the tables above. A surcharge
will not apply if the minimum numbers are achieved for the trip.
CONSERVATION
PROJECT:
We donate some of our revenue into
our own conservation fund to assist with conservation and research.

for this in 2013.
