Our COVID-19 Response

As we work with travellers from all over New Zealand and looking into the future we will hopefully be receiving international visitors, we have chosen to keep our staff, customers, local and wider community safe by ensure all our staff are fully vaccinated for COVID-19.  We are also committed to following recommended guidelines for everyone's well being.

Hygiene, Cleanliness & Compliance with Recommended Guidelines

We want to ensure the safety of all our customers, staff and community. We hope our systems allow clients to feel safe and enjoy their experience with us.

We have updated and will continue to update our COVID-19 Health & Safety Plan to ensure higher standards of hygiene, cleanliness and to comply with New Zealand Government guidelines. We are accredited with the Qualmark COVID-Clean Award.

Our Current Response

We are now operating at the COVID-19 Omicron Phase 3 response.   What you need to know:

a) We are operating our tours and services for fully vaccinated clients.

b) Please stay away if you have symptoms or have a household contact that has tested positive.

c) You must scan our QR Code or make a manual record when you visit our office or if you participate in our tours or services. 

d) You are required to wear a suitable face mask that is recommended for Delta and Omicron.  You will not be allowed on our tours or services with cloth masks.  Please wear at a minimum the surgical / medical masks (blue and white masks) or the N95 or KN95 masks.
